Principal’s Message

It is indeed a privilege to be a part of Delhi World Public School family at Samba, Jammu. Delhi World Public School, which is an embodiment of educational values and purposes, is indeed an ideal choice for the attainment and conduct of pursuits in the field of learning. The purpose of education as universally accepted is the preparation for life. It is said that the best highways create some of the biggest messes, inconveniences, detours and frustrations. But once constructed they are cited as masterpieces, so we need to embrace the change and at the same time be instrumental in being the change we want to see around us. My belief is that the youth will take our nation forward through education. Here, at DWPS Samba, Jammu stands by its core values—Kindness, Respect and Gratitude to its hilt. With empathy in our minds, our prime focus as educators is to pursue excellence and to challenge students to think critically as they prepare for the world beyond. The holistic approach of our institute stimulates innovation among students by inspiring fresh ideas with different perceptions, creative thinking and strong conviction.
We are committed and indebted work collaboratively with parents to nurture an individual whose reputation as a centre of academic excellence in a safe, caring and positive environment alongside personality development. Our focus will evolve to our students achieve a 360 degrees overall development in national and international arenas. In a world that rewards perseverance, resilience, initiative, problem-solving and cooperation, I believe that our school will be a better choice in education, here in the North. I believe on following domains strongly : • A strong international academic program designed to challenge independent and motivated learners. • An engaging educational approach- Students are given ownership of the learning process are encouraged to actively participate in their own education by setting personal goals and performing self evaluation. • Holistic Development- Students are nurtured to create well-rounded, individuals with an international outlook and a sense of Indian culture and values. • Small class sizes and teacher-students ratios.
